About Reading Aviation Expo
Reading Regional Airport presents the Reading Aviation Expo 2026! With over 85 years of aviation events, the airport has long been a hub for enthusiasts. The 1975 Reading Air Show was once the largest in the nation, and its successor, Aerofest, remained a major East Coast attraction through 1998.
Today, the Reading Regional Airport Authority honors this legacy by promoting aviation in Berks County through education, industry collaboration, and community engagement.
This year marks the fifth anniversary of the Reading Aviation Expo and Career Fair. The expo has annually attracted more than 1,500 students and job seekers, features over 30 aviation exhibitors, and includes aircraft displays, flight simulators, and interactive experiences that showcase the many opportunities within the aviation industry.
The Reading Aviation Expo 2026 will take place over three days in alignment with the Annual Aviation Council of Pennsylvania Conference, bringing aviation professionals, students, and industry partners together for a series of aviation-focused events throughout the region.
As part of this celebration, the Reading Aviation Career Fair will connect students and job seekers with aviation organizations to explore career pathways, training opportunities, and the many possibilities within the aviation industry.
