Hosted by the Reading Regional Airport, the Reading Aviation Career Fair is a unique opportunity to connect with leading aviation companies and organizations actively seeking new talent. Attendees can network with industry leaders, explore a diverse array of career opportunities, and receive invaluable career advice. Seminars will be held throughout the day covering current aviation trends, career development strategies, and the future of the industry.

2026 marks the fifth year of the career fair, which annually attracts more than 1,500 students and job seekers and features over 30 exhibitors, along with aircraft displays, simulators, and interactive experiences that showcase the many pathways available within the aviation industry.
